Returns

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for our products. However, we do offer exchanges if deemed necessary. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us in the first instance by email: support@emporiumofisis.co.uk. Your item must be in the same condition as it was sent. We don’t cover the cost of the return.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the label. Please email support@emporiumofisis.co.uk and we’ll send you a return address.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we won’t be able to offer an exchange.
